TONYA GOBLE
Tonya Newsome Goble, APRN, has been in healthcare for over 25 years. She is Board Certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner that serves all ages. She is also a Certified Medical Examiner through the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
A native of our area, she attended Stumbo Elementary and Betsy Layne High School. She received her nursing degree from Eastern Kentucky University and her graduate degree from Kentucky Christian University.
Tonya has a varied background having specialized in diabetes/endocrinology and has developed, lead, and organized many healthcare
programs throughout Kentucky. Most recently she managed the Pikeville Medical Wound Center and Hyperbaric Oxygen programs.
Tonya has longed served our community and developed, owned, and for 10 years operated one of the very first programs in the Big Sandy Region that served people with special needs such as autism, down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and other developmental and intellectual disabilities. The program successfully demonstrated how those with special needs could have meaningful lives in the community setting and was featured in the film “From the Heart” that has been shown all around the United States and in other countries to help encourage the deinstitutionalization of many of those with special needs. She has been and continues to be active in a variety of organizations for those with special needs and served as an ARC of Kentucky Board of Director for multiple years advocating for the rights of those vulnerable and at high risk in our community.
Additionally, Tonya is an active member of the ANA and AANP. She co-authored the paper, “Communicating and Connecting: Healthcare
in Appalachia”.
Tonya resides in Ivel with her husband, Kenneth, and pug, Bella Boo. She is looking forward to serving the people of Stanville and surrounding areas.
JESSICA BLANKENSHIP
OFFICE MANAGER
Medical Assistant, Certified Phlebotomist, and Certified EKG Technician. She graduated with honors at the top of her class. She most recently served as Office Manager for the Stanville After-Hours and Beauty Redefined Clinics. Jessica is passionate about her job and loves helping others.
Jessica was born and reared in Prestonsburg, Ky. She is a wife and loving mother to a 7 year old boy and a 3 year old girl. She is an active member in her church where she loves leading the youth. Her hobbies are traveling with her kids and crafting. Jessica believes in the importance of community and in helping others. She is always looking for new ways to get involved with helping and serving our area.
PAIGE WILLIAMS
NURSE
Paige has been a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for several years. She is a graduate of Big Sandy Community and Technical College. Paige is experienced in acute care, family practice, and orthopedics. She is excited to serve the Stanville community and Goblecare Clinic patients.
Paige is a loving mother to a 2 year old daughter who keeps her very busy whenever she isn’t working.
